Happy Easter
Happy Easter Day!!
I hope you had a fantastic day. Right now, I don’t have much to say. I just wanted to send you a warm Easter greeting. I’m hoping I’m not running late as It’s still within the day’s 24 hours.
Some of you attended church, family reunions, picnics, lunches, and barbecues, among other things. And I hope all went well. I’ve never been more pleased than I am right now, having just returned from a family get-together. I will definitely show you some of the photos, as i’ll write a full post of how my day went. My niece, on the other hand, brightened my day this morning. She made me a beautiful present with her bare hands. At her school, they were instructed to make a little present for their loved ones with paper and this is what she made for me.
She and her mother returned home yesterday, as they live in another province. She managed to keep the gift a secret until this morning. When she rushed into bed and exclaimed to me, “Happy Easter Day mama Lebo,” she genuinely melted my heart. Yes, I was on the verge of crying but I held myself together. What a simple gesture, yet one that is both touching and unique. Oh, she certainly brightened my day and I was so happy. All I could do was hug and kiss her lovely lil lips because I couldn’t stop giggling.
Appreciate the simple things that your loved ones do for you. Also, be sure to return the favor. Even if it’s not in the form of money, a simple word or a small homemade present can go a long way. Do not wait till you have a lot of money to lavish on your loved ones. Be kind to them and spread love. Thank you a lot.
How did your Easter celebration go, and was there someone or anything that made it extra special?
For me, this small gift from my niece made my day more special.

Thanks, 😊. Yes, it was a great weekend, 😀. Well, let’s say that here in Italy we are still struggling, as everywhere, with this damn virus, but we all hope that things can improve. There is also concern about this cursed war that seems to have no end: between pandemic and war these are really difficult years. Let’s hope both things end very soon, 🤞.
I truly understand and sympathize with you. The war and the virus had been such a great pandemic for all of us and affected us one way or the other. I truly hope they both ends soon so that we can get our lives back. I’ts have been hard. We just had to adjust so that we can survive. Honestly speaking it’s a lot.
We have been hit with a new virus ‘omicron’. But we are keeping safe
